Shake up your yoga routine with Aerial Yoga with Kirsty Little, Mondays at 8 pm starting September 11th!
Aerial Yoga is modern interpretation of yoga that utilizes safe and soft low-hanging fabric hammocks to address alignment, release tension, even tackle chronic pain! BONUS: you hang upside down and it’s super fun!
This class is appropriate for anyone – even beginners with absolutely no yoga or aerial experience. Your size, age, and aerial abilities do not matter.
No matter if you’re an experienced yogi or new to the practice – aerial yoga has something for you. More experienced yogis will find a new dimension to complement their existing practice whereas newbies will find a gentle place to begin their yoga practice.
Every class will feature inversions, decompression, core strengthening, relaxation and a dose of humor from instructor Kirsty Little!
This class is great for:

- Experienced yogis or aerialists who want to complement their current practice
- Anyone who wants to get stronger & stretchier!
- Any adult of any age.
Cost: $25 per drop in per adult
There are no pre-requisites… beginners and all levels are welcome. There is a limit of 8 slots per class. Pre-registration is strongly recommended.
