Joe’s 10-class pass is a beautiful thing. For $110, only $11 per class, you get access to 10 of Joe’s Movement Emporium’s movement classes. This means you can mix it up week by week depending on the type of movement your body needs.

6:30 – 7:30 pm Vinyasa Yoga with Brooke Kidd: A great class for beginner to intermediate yoga students looking for the perfect way to unwind after the start of the week. Brooke Kidd is an experience and gentle instructor who gives lots of variations for all levels of experience.
6:30 – 7:30 pm Pilates with Tyecia Powell: Get pumped up for your week with upbeat instructor Ty Powell. Baltimore house tunes and endless encouragement get you through an hour of interval training and pilates moves. Your core will thank you.
7:30 – 8:30 pm Hip Hop Dance with Kendra Johnson: Looking for a hip hop class for you or your teen – look no further. Kendra Johnson’s fun class moves and grooves to classic tunes and requires no previous dance knowledge or experience. Bring a friend and learn some new moves!
8:30 – 9:30 pm Dancehall with Erica Rae: Discover the world of dancehall to a driving Caribbean beat with Erica Rae’s Dancehall class. If you’re looking to move, sweat, and feel great in your body, this is the class for you.
11:30 am – 12:30 pm Gentle Yoga with Brooke Kidd: A great class for those with limited mobility, recovering from an injury, or brand new to yoga. Transitions between movements are done carefully and positions are given with many variations so one is ever left out.
7 – 8 pm Salsa with Chivonnie Gius: Instructor Chivonnie Guis brings salsa back to Joe’s with this fun salsa class perfect for individuals or partners. No dance experience or partner is needed. Salsa with Chivonnie allows for beginners to learn new moves and more experienced dancers to develop further.
8 – 9 pm Off the Wall Dance with Rakeem & Chris: Friends Rakeem and Chris bring the moves of Michael Jackson to the studio with Off the Wall Dance. Beginners are welcome to get in and get grooving with the style and flair of the Kind of Pop.
6 – 7 pm Pilates with Tyecia Powell: Mount Rainier residents will love the time of this class. With a 6 pm start time you’re done with your workout by 7 pm and home in time to walk the dog! We love that this upbeat class makes your muscles ache in the best way possible the next day.
7 – 8 pm Tai Chi with Normon Greene: Take it slow and enjoy the movement through the study of Tai Chi Chun long form.
9:30 – 11:00 am Advanced Vinyasa Yoga with Brooke Kidd: A class for students more comfortable with vinyasa flow. Here you’ll find diversity in ages, sizes and body types. Anyone and everyone will feel at home in our studio filled with beautiful morning light.
5 – 6:30 pm Vinyasa Yoga with Hermione Rhones: A wonderful class for a student looking for a little extra TLC from their instructor. Rhones is hands on with her adjustments and gives the most beautiful little massage to all her students during final shavasana.
