It’s that time of year when the cold seeps into your bones and your muscle and joints scream out for a warm fireside and a cup of tea.
Treat your body to the relaxation and pain management session it needs this weekend at Joe’s Movement Emporium with Amy Liss’ MELT Method workshop for neck and lower back pain.
The MELT Method® is a simple self-treatment technique that eliminates chronic pain, improves flexibility, posture, and decreases the accumulated stress caused by the repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. This technique will make your body feel better and keep you active and pain-free for a lifetime.
The workshops are $30/person to drop in and each workshop has a cap of only 15 people so it is recommended to register in advance. All equipment will be provided (soft roller and small balls) and will be available for purchase from the instructor. Kits and DVDs are available for sale at the workshops.
